Haiti - U-17 World Cup 2026 Qualifier : Haiti humiliates Saint Lucia [5-0] (video)

On Tuesday, January 27, 2026, as part of the qualifying phase for the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup Morocco 2026, our Grenadières U17 faced the Saint Lucia women's national team in their second group match at the FFK Stadium in Willemstad, Curaçao. Securing their second victory in as many matches, our Grenadières humiliated the Saint Lucia team 5-0.

Starting XI :

French coach Frenoy Baptiste has made several changes to the starting eleven that will face Saint Lucia, bringing in Goalkeeper Abeegayel D. Favilus #21 [GK], forward Nia J. Etienne #9, and forward Adjani Kamanzi-Mondestin #15.

Summary :

Haiti took the lead in Group C with a resounding 5-0 victory over Saint Lucia. Kyrah Lormil opened the scoring for Haiti in the 4th minute with a close-range right-footed shot into the bottom right corner, assisted by Alyssa Manasse [1-0]. In the 17th minute, Lormil doubled the lead with a shot from the right side of the penalty area into the center of the goal, assisted by Adjani Kamanzi-Mondestin [2-0]. Already trailing, Saint Lucia were reduced to 10 players after Ivana Marshall was sent off.

The score remained unchanged at halftime [2-0].

Upon returning from the locker room in the second half, Krystel Châtelain scored Haiti's third goal in the 61st minute with a close-range right-footed shot into the bottom left corner, following a cross from Léa Jacques [3-0]. In the 73rd minute, Keisha Gue unleashed a powerful long-range shot from outside the box into the top corner, assisted by Miya Larco [4-0]. Finally, Rosalie St. Louis sealed the victory in what was a relatively easy match for our girls, with a close-range right-footed shot into the bottom left corner from a corner [5-0].

In their first two qualifying matches, Haiti has scored 11 goals and conceded only 1.
